FAQs
The Best Friends of the Forest Movement is a community of action-oriented youth (like you!) who aim to advocate for forest protection and conservation. The BFF Movement is not an exclusive membership club but a means to organize young forest advocates through fun learning activities, expression sessions, tree-growing, and assemblies.
We are facing serious problems that compound and get more complex as rapid industrialization remains unchecked. Every action (in the right direction) counts as it determines not only the future of our forests, but also the lives that depend on it (including ours!).
The modules offer both depth and breadth of knowledge about forest protection and conservation (and the environment in general). They serve as an excellent springboard for action-oriented youth, like you, to start protecting the forest in your own ways! When you’re ready to take your advocacy further, sign up to the BFF movement too.

Joining the fellowship program is easy. Simply complete the modules and fill out the fellowship application form. You will receive an invitation to the fellowship once you pass the screening.
Fellows of the BFF movement get to be personally mentored by forest conservation movers and advocates through a series of workshops and webinars! You’ll also get to collaborate with your peers and showcase your work. The more hands working for forest protection, the better!
Aside from getting personally mentored by forest conservation movers and advocates, top fellows can enjoy advocacy merchandise and have their work published on both the Edukasyon.Ph‘s website and Forest Foundation Philippines‘! Not to mention that proposals for passion projects to protect and conserve the forests might just get supported (even funded) by Forest Foundation Philippines!
